Twenty-seventh Sunday in Ordinary Time

News and Notes:  Father Paul Soper, the Secretary for Evangelization and Discipleship in the Archdiocese of Boston, has asked for an open meeting with the members of our Collaborative to discuss the implementation of the Archdiocesan Mission Statement Disciples in Mission and the Collaborative model of parish life.  He is calling this a “listening session” to get feedback on our experience of the first 3 ½ years of our Collaborative.  He is hoping this meeting and others like it in parishes from Phases I and II of the Collaborative formation process will help the Archdiocese in its pastoral planning for the future.  This meeting will take place on Sunday, October 16 at 6:30PM in the OLA Church Hall…everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.  Blessings to all of you in the week ahead!
