Father Humbert Clérissac, OP, speaks of wisdom and courage in The Spirit of Saint Dominic: “Adoro Te devote, latens Deitas, Devoutly I adore Thee, Godhead unrevealed; let us say it in church, let us say it out of church; let us repeat it when from afar we see the spire of the church where he is present.  When the beauties of nature enthrall our gaze, when mountain and vale lie spread before us, when our hearts take upward flight to the Creator, then let us remember the Eucharistic Presence on earth of the Incarnate God.”
