News and Notes:

First Communicants… Congratulations to the second grade children from our Faith Formation programs in both parishes for receiving their First Holy Communion this weekend.  May they be regularly nourished by the Bread of Life and the Cup of Salvation for the rest of their lives!

Best wishes… I want to announce that Alexis McDuffee, the Faith Formation Coordinator of Grades 1-6 at OLA, has decided to resign her position as of July 1 for family reasons.  Alexis has done a fine job of leading this program for the last few years, but her primary vocation of being a wife and mother of three small children obviously takes precedence in her life.  Join me in thanking Alexis for her ministry and wishing her many blessings in her family life!
