Fifth Sunday of Easter

News and Notes:

Propagation of the Faith... We welcome a representative of the Society for the Propagation of the Faith this weekend, who will speak on the important missionary work of the Church at all Masses, and ask for our prayers and financial support in the second collection.  Please be generous.

Catholic Appeal Update... As of May 1, OLA parishioners had pledged $50,943, which is 77% of their goal of $66,232; and SMG parishioners had pledged $30,960, which is 73% of their goal of $42,207.  If you have not yet made a pledge, please do so as soon as possible by filling out a pledge card at the front entrance of our churches or by going online to bostoncatholicappeal.org. Both our parishes are eligible for a rebate of up to 50% of every dollar of paid pledges over our fair-share assessment this year.  Please help your respective parish by supporting the Catholic Appeal.

We will celebrate Ascension Thursday, a Holyday of Obligation, on May 29-30 with the following schedule of Masses:
Wednesday, May 29: 4PM at OLA
Thursday, May 30: 7AM at SMG, 9AM at OLA, 7PM at SMG
