News and Notes:

Catholic Appeal Update... As of May 28, OLA parishioners had pledged $52,303, which is 79% of their goal; and SMG parishioners had pledged $32,280, which is 76% of their goal.  Many thanks to all our donors thus far!  If you have not yet made a pledge to the Catholic Appeal, please do so as soon as possible.  Every paid pledge over each parish’s respective fair-share assessment this calendar year will result in a 50% rebate for that parish, certainly a great incentive to make a donation.

Summer Mass Schedule... As is our custom, the 5PM Sunday Mass at SMG will be suspended starting July 7 and extending through September 1.  The 5PM Mass at SMG will resume on September 8.

Reappointment... Cardinal Sean O’Malley has reappointed me to a new six-year term as Pastor of the Lynnfield Catholic Collaborative beginning June 1, and so it will be my privilege to serve you in the years to come.
