The Epiphany of the Lord

News and Notes: 

Epiphany Pageants... Join us for our annual Epiphany Pageant this Sunday, January 8 in both parishes: following the 9AM Mass at Our Lady’s and the 10AM Mass at St. Maria’s.  Thanks to our Faith Formation Team, the children, their parents and everyone else who helped to make this wonderful event happen at the conclusion of our Collaborative celebration of the Christmas Season. 

Ordination... Very happy news from the Diocese of Des Moines, Iowa: Carlos Gomez, who served in the Lynnfield Catholic Collaborative as a seminarian intern during his final year of priestly formation at Pope St. John XXIII Seminary in Weston (2015-2016), was ordained to the priesthood on December 18.  Let’s pray that Father Carlos will a holy and effective priest for the people of God entrusted to his care.  Thanks be to God for his priestly vocation and ministry…and our hearty congratulations and prayerful best wishes go out to Father Carlos.
