The Epiphany of the Lord

News and Notes:  Just a word of sincere thanks to all parishioners who offered cards and gifts to Fr. Tony and myself during this Christmas Season!  We are very blessed to serve as your priests in the Lynnfield Catholic Collaborative.  Be assured of our ongoing prayers and pastoral concern for you and your family in the coming year.  Caterina Benitez, our Collaborative Finance and Operations Manager, reports that as of December 18, Our Lady of the Assumption parishioners had pledged more than $25,000 to the maintenance fund of their parish; St. Maria Goretti parishioners had raised more than $8,600 to take care of their maintenance projects.  So far, many parishioners in both communities of faith are making a commitment to increased giving to their respective Offertory programs.  A heartfelt thank you to all those who have returned their Development Campaign pledge cards and have made a financial commitment to their particular parish in the coming year.  If you have not done so already, please return your card as soon as possible.  While you are at it, why not make a New Year’s resolution to invest your time, talent and treasure more generously in your parish’s life and mission…God will reward you many times over.  Abundant blessings to all of you in 2016!
