Second Sunday of Advent

News and Notes:

Inspiring Hope and the Christmas Collection... If you have not already made a pledge to support our ongoing Inspiring Hope Campaign, please do so by first prayerfully considering the financial support you are able and willing to give over a 3-5 year period to help fund Endowment and Maintenance Funds in your particular parish.  Then complete one of pledge forms that are available in our churches and either place it in the collection basket at Mass or mail it to me at our Collaborative Office Building at 17 Grove St.  Many thanks to all our donors thus far!  If everyone gives what they can, according to their means, we will be successful in building a secure future for our parishes and school.

The one and only collection taken up at all the Masses on Christmas Eve and Day will be for the Clergy Funds, to support the retirement needs of the priests of the Archdiocese of Boston.  Fr. Tony and I thank you in advance for your generous donation to this worthy cause.  If you wish to make a Christmas donation to your particular parish, please mark that clearly on an envelope, in a check memo line or by an online note, so we know your intention.

Advent Reconciliation... In addition to offering the Sacrament of Reconciliation every Saturday from 3-3:45PM in both parishes, we are providing another opportunity for confession before Christmas next Monday December 16 from 6:30-7:30PM in the Reconciliation Room of both churches.

Advent Blessings to all of you!
