Adult Confirmation

“From there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find him if you search with all your heart and soul.”  Deuteronomy 4:29

Were you catechized in the Catholic faith, and receive the Sacraments of Baptism and First Communion, but never continued to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation? Here's your opportunity to complete the grace of Baptism and Eucharist, and be sealed with the fullness of the gift of the Holy Spirit!  Confirmation strengthens us to be witnesses of Christ, bearing his light and his peace to a world that needs our gifts and our love.

Adult Catholics (ages 18 and older) who have been baptized, received First Communion, and are practicing their faith but have not celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation are invited to participate in a preparation program.  Please note that this is a distinct and separate program from the Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA), which is for catechumens -- individuals over the age of seven who have never been baptized.

Please contact Kate McGrath, our Pastoral Associate, for more information.
